In the “Mayor’s Corner” of today’s Hill Country Community Journal, Mayor Bill Blackburn announced his endorsement of candidates Gary Cochrane (Place 1) and Kim Clarkson (Place 2).
We need to move beyond constant conflict to a council that will be unified and willing to disagree honestly and honorably.
