Kerrville United is a locally organized group of individuals that promote responsible governing. We create videos that aim to inform the local electorate and community about the issues facing the Kerrville City Council, their affiliates, boards, and committees. We broadcast live and also upload recorded shows about these issues, and seek your feedback and input for future topics.
The content of this website should be viewed much like a newspaper’s content. While many articles are simply factual in nature and meant to inform the viewer, other articles add commentary and are based on the opinion of the respective author and/or Kerrville United.
We encourage our readers and viewers to get their information from a wide variety of sources — not just this one. We believe in examining multiple sources, sides, opinions, and then formulating your own opinion based on the evidence and viewpoints you’ve heard.
“An educated citizenry is a vital requisite for our survival as a free people.” –Thomas Jefferson
In addition to our communications outreach, Kerrville United also works to lead our community forward by educating voters about issues, events, and news. Our goal is to educate the voting public, increase voter turnout, and assist public servants that want to improve our community.
We are in the process of seeking volunteers to help with these objectives, and we are also actively seeking to expand our communications database. Please consider subscribing to our email newsletter that will keep you up to date on current local issues and topics!
Kerrville United was founded in 2016 by Aaron Yates, and he is the publisher and editor of this website, with input and resources from a generous group of individuals from around the city.
