Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly issued a proclamation declaring a disaster for Kerr County, Texas, at a press conference on Tuesday afternoon. This order has been issued to allow the county to take certain actions, but at this time there is no “lock down” or “shelter in place” order for the county, nor do we know of any local government agency that is contemplating such an order at this time.
