As testing is rolled out across the state, the number of confirmed cases is climbing, and the number of counties affected is rising. Please note that this does not necessarily signify that the speed of spread is increasing — it’s likely increasing only because of the availability of testing as it rolls out.
There are still no confirmed cases in Kerr County. According to a briefing of the Kerrville City Council on Friday morning, tests will be available to local facilities soon, but so far the quantity of local tests is unknown.
