The Hill Country Community Journal reported on Sunday that a fake news story is being circulated claiming “First COVID-19 Patient in Kerrville Texas.” This is FALSE. There have been NO official cases of coronavirus reported in Kerrville or Kerr County.
“It becomes a criminal matter when the action causes panic,” Hierholzer said. “It’s similar to pulling a fire alarm in public place. Charges can be filed.”
