This series of videos, filmed by John Trolinger of Kerr County, shows the town hall forum led by Kerr County Commissioner Tom Moser regarding the construction of a gravel pit or gravel quarry on State Highway No. 27 east of Kerrville. The meeting was held on January 27, 2016. Unfortunately it seems that the sound drops out at some point in this video.
