Governor Abbott’s Executive Order issued on Tuesday led to more questions than it answered, leaving the entire state confused and unsure how to proceed. Various officials and news media have interpreted the order in different ways, which has caused disorientation and agitation.
On Thursday morning at 10:30 AM, City of Kerrville and Kerr County officials will hold a joint announcement (not a press conference due to social distancing guidelines) that will be broadcast on the city’s live stream and on local cable channel 2.
According to the an email from a city official, the purpose of the address is to “discuss the latest Executive Order by Texas Governor Greg Abbott regarding COVID-19 containment efforts.”
